2) LED Accelerated aging teter
The accelerated aging tester is specially designed for LED aging test. The current, frequency, duty cycle and aging time are intelligently are adjustable, and 6 groups of independent constant current power supplies are equipped to separately supply power to 60 LEDs in different stations. Relevant test parameters can be set freely according to user needs. So as to realize the conventional aging test under the rated requirements of LED and the accelerated aging test under overload impact conditions. The instrument has the advantages of good reliability, convenient adjustment and long service life. It is the preferred product for LED accelerated aging test.

3) LED accelerated aging and life test system
LED accelerated aging and life test system is mainly used for routine aging, accelerated aging, luminous flux maintenance characteristic, temperature characteristic, life and color shift test of LED modules or lamps, and has the function of life prediction of LED modules or lamps. The system is mainly designed with reference to IES LM-80-08 standard and IES TM-21-11 standard. The LTS-3000 LED accelerated aging and life test system software installed in the upper computer can control the system through RS232 or RS485 serial communication interface. During the control process, the tested light sources can be lighted one by one or all. The system can control up to 16 tested light sources. When the upper computer lights up the tested light sources one by one, WT105 digital power meter, CHL-3 LED fast colorimetric &electric tester and TMP serial multiplex temperature meter will transmit the light, color, electricity and temperature (lamp shell temperature) parameters of the lighted LED lamps back to the upper computer through the same serial communication interface. Then, the LTS-3000 LED accelerated aging and life test system software in the upper computer analyzes the luminous flux maintenance characteristics, temperature characteristics, life characteristics and color shift of each tested LED lamp, and then calculates the predicted life according to IES TM-21-11.
